Menstruation, a physiological phenomenon, is still considered stigmatized subject in 3rd world countries like Pakistan, leading to incorrect and incomplete knowledge, resulting unhealthy practices (1). In lower socioeconomic classes, menstrual hygiene management(MHM) can be unhygienic inconvenient for women (2).
